Black Mental Health Resource HubA digital sanctuary where traditional wisdom meets contemporary understanding. We curate culturally relevant Black mental health resources that acknowledge and incorporate African diaspora healing traditions alongside evidence-based Black therapy practices. Access mental health support designed specifically for Black communities worldwide.

Cultural Memory PreservationWe document, digitize, and share healing traditions and cultural wisdom that support Black wellness before they are lost to time. Through oral history collection and community storytelling, we honor the wisdom of elders and traditional healers while preserving African diaspora mental health knowledge.

Virtual Wellness CirclesSupportive online gatherings facilitated by trained volunteers, drawing inspiration from traditional communal healing practices found across Africa and the diaspora. These Black therapy circles create meaningful connections across geographic boundaries while providing mental health support rooted in cultural understanding.

AAKOMA ProjectThe AAKOMA Project empowers Youth of Color through mental health advocacy, research, and resources. Founded by Dr. Alfiee Breland-Noble, they envision a world where EVERY young person feels free to live authentically.


Black Girls SmileBlack Girls Smile provides gender-responsive and culturally-affirming mental wellness education and support geared toward Black women and girls. Founded in 2012, BGS has supported over 10,000 Black women and girls nationally.


Center for Black Women's Wellness (CBWW)CBWW is a nonprofit organization that provides free and low-cost services to empower Black women and their families toward physical, mental, and economic wellness.


National Organization for People of Color Against Suicide (NOPCAS)NOPCAS was founded by suicide loss survivor, Dr. Donna Barnes, working to reduce the stigma of suicide prevention among communities of color through training and advocacy.
